LINK Takes On MoPOP!

Music. Movies. Sci-fi. Fantasy. Games. Housed in possibly the funkiest building in the whole state, the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP) is dedicated to elevating projects large and small in the world of popular culture.

On December 16th, thanks a generous partnership from MoPOP, LINK students will get free access to experience active applications of art in the public eye, discuss how art and design affect pop culture (and vice versa) – and of course, explore and have fun!

The choice is in your hands: Before the visit, you’ll vote on the MoPOP exhibits you’re most interested in seeing. The most popular choices will determine our tour route and content!

STUDENTS: Vote for your favorite exhibits by Monday, Dec 4th at 9am. Buckle up for an amazing ride!

CARPOOLING: MoPOP is farther north than most of LINK’s workshops. While LINK can’t provide transportation, LINK classmates may have room to spare – or need rides themselves! Please fill out the Exhibit Survey above to let us know if you need a ride or can provide one, and LINK may be able to assist with suggesting connections.

TIMING: Please note that this event will begin at 10:40am and end at 1:30pm. Plan ahead and take this time to arrive and find parking if you need it!
