Event Details

Priority admittance for this workshop will be given to students who submitted their LINK 2020-21 application by September 10th. Remaining students will be placed on the waitlist.

In this workshop renowned artist, Matt Lu teaches students how to make custom street art shoes. Students will learn the concept of practice designing within constraint, form vs. function, defending their design preferences -- especially in regards to where they exist in the timeline of fine art/design. They will apply these concepts through the practice of flexible medium and acrylic paint tools, illustrating on non-flat/organic surfaces.
