Event Details

For over a century, cartoons and comic books in their current forms have captivated their audiences. They've also communicated important and expressive messages in unique ways that leave an impression long after the page is turned.

This April, award-winning alternative cartoonist David Lasky will bring the world of comics to us! He'll share his artist's journey and examples of impactful visual storytelling before we dive into comic creation basics and small group work periods with feedback from the artist.

We'll each get to explore storytelling using themes of our own choosing and share them with each other to celebrate our work!

RSVP by Thursday, April 20th at 8pm to save your spot and supplies.
